Volume 5, Number 2| 2nd Quarter 2016

Dear IEEE Member,

Happy Spring! Here is your 2nd Quarter IEEE-USA Conference Brief newsletter.

We continue to have a great portfolio of IEEE-USA co-sponsored conferences and exhibitions--assembled over the past four years--intended to address diverse areas of policy and professionalism in IEEE's technical fields of interest. Please take a moment to consider making a presentation at, or attending, some of them.

I often get emails asking why one of your favorite conferences is not in our calendar. Please note that IEEE technically or financially co-sponsors more than 1,500 events each year. Our calendar only includes those conferences or events that IEEE-USA co-sponsors. As always, if you know of a conference, seminar, or workshop you think IEEE-USA should consider co-sponsoring; or if you have an idea for a new event--locally or nationally--please don't hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,

Charles Rubenstein (c.rubenstein@ieee.org)
Chair, IEEE-USA Conferences Committee
