The Big Hoopla STEM Challenge – Call for Volunteers

When: Sunday, 13 March | 12-6pm ET
Where: Dayton Convention Center

The Big Hoopla STEM Challenge is a free family event for kids (K-8) that ties together the excitement of college basketball and the power of STEM education. IEEE-USA and other regional and national partners will be on hand to engage kids with hands-on STEM activities.

Kids who stop by IEEE-USA’s booth will learn about electricity by making their own simple take-home LED flashlight. We are seeking several volunteers to join us from 12-6pm to help kids build their flashlights and see the joy on their faces as their LEDs light up for the first time! Please complete and submit the form below to volunteer.

In appreciation, each volunteer is eligible to receive two complimentary tickets to a First Four game on either 15 or March. These are the games which kick off March Madness and are sure to be especially exciting this year!
