Panel Discussion: Semiconductors & the Texas Innovation Economy

IEEE-USA is convening a special panel on 28 October to highlight the growth of the semiconductor industry within the Texas innovation economy and what opportunities and challenges are ahead with the first centralized, domestic, open-access prototyping and pilot production facility for 3DHI technologies being established.

Held in conjunction with DARPA’s inaugural Next-Generation Microelectronics Manufacturing (NGMM) Summit on 27-28 October 2025, in Austin, Texas. The panel will be in Zlotnik Ballroom 3 of the AT&T Conference Center of the University of Texas at Austin campus.
