Overview
Today’s engineers are faced with a highly competitive job market. They need to be able to develop a successful job search strategy, and create the information pieces that are needed to secure an interview, make the cut to the short list of candidates, and win the job offer. The biggest hurdle is making the short list of candidates for final selection. This presentation explores the do’s and don’ts of the major steps in the job search process and provides “how to’s” for clearing the hurdles.
