Building on her earlier IEEE USA webinar “Presentations with Power,” Dr. Julia Williams, president of the IEEE Professional Communication Society, presents a one hour webinar designed to help you make impactful, memorable poster presentations. Poster presentations are a vital part of many professional conferences and meetings, but few of us understand how to make the most of this kind of unique presentation. During “Poster Presentations with Power,” Dr. Williams will focus on the three important components of any poster presentation–the visual presentation of your information, your verbal presentation, and the way you present yourself to a group gathered around your poster. This webinar is designed for anyone who is planning to make a poster presentation and would like concrete strategies that can make that presentation better.
