Positions in corporate America are some of the toughest jobs to do well on the planet. Adjusting your leadership style to the exact situation can have maximum benefits, such as coaching your direct reports, working with your boss, or even dealing with a difficult co-worker in the office.  Because some leaders are service orientated, they may have  a difficult time being very direct or knowing when to coach or support a member.

Today, Elizabeth can be found writing, coaching and collaborating with the who’s who of the Corporate America. When she isn’t working, Elizabeth can be found traveling across state lines with her husband on their Harley Davidson motorcycle or in the yoga studio twisting for hours on end.
