Nominations Open: IEEE-USA Awards

IEEE-USA is currently accepting nominations for its annual awards, given in recognition of professionalism, technical achievement, and literary contributions to public awareness and understanding of the engineering profession in the United States. The nominations portal will close 15 September.

In this new e-book, author Terence Yeoh draws from both his engineering experience, and from his YouTube series, Yeoh on the Go, to offer suggestions on performing at peak levels. This e-book is FREE to IEEE members.

This year marks the 13th annual IEEE Day, and it’s not too early to start planning events and activities to celebrate on or around the day. IEEE Day is an annual event that celebrates the first time in history when engineers worldwide gathered to share their technical ideas in 1884. One of the IEEE Day’s objectives is to show the ways IEEE members, in local communities, join together to collaborate on ideas that leverage technology for a better tomorrow. If you are interested in being an IEEE Day Ambassador, fill out the form on the IEEE Contact page, and note your interest in the comments section.

Let’s all come together to demonstrate the true spirit of IEEE, and the joy of volunteering through IEEE Day 2022. Join the IEEE Day Collabratec community, and check the IEEE Day website for help in promoting your event, and regular updates and links to the social media channels!
