About the Presenters
Graham Fuller, Principal, is the Senior Relationship Manager assigned to the IEEE account at Mercer Consumer. He is the primary contact for all matters related to the IEEE Member Group Insurance Program. Mr. Fuller’s overall responsibilities include managing and coordinating the day-to-day administration of the IEEE Member Group Insurance Program. He oversees Mercer interdepartmental service teams to streamline administration of new products and services for the IEEE. Mr. Fuller has over 19 years of Insurance Program Management experience with Mercer Consumer. Mr. Fuller holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa. He has worked in his current capacity in Client Management for 16 years and specializes in association insurance program management. Mr. Fuller holds a Life and Health license in a majority of the United States.
Jim Jacobsen, Program Manager, leads the Professional Liability Engineers Program for Mercer Consumer. His responsibilities include managing the Professional Liability program for IEEE, enhancing carrier and coverage options and supporting the customer experience. He has over 20 years of insurance experience, the last 5 managing Architects & Engineers Professional Liability Programs. Mr. Jacobsen has a B.A. degree in history from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and holds several insurance and securities licenses.
