In this IEEE-USA webinar, co-sponsored by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Committee, Rivera comes to share her lessons for success, including an overview of lessons learned during her years as a female business owner. Rivera will also outline a few tools and strategies contained in There’s No Crying in Business that women can use to be successful in their work environments. Though she focuses on male-dominated businesses, the advice she provides will benefit all women, in whatever industry they are employed.
