Overview
The Sherman Act, the Clayton Act and the Robinson-Patman Act are the principal antitrust statutes signed into law in the United States. The focus of this webinar will be to provide a review of these statutes so entrepreneurs can build upon their basic knowledge of antitrust law. Topics discussed will include: Price fixing; Unlawful tying arrangements; Monopolization; Criminal and civil remedies.
