Overview

The DFSS workshop is an introduction to the DFSS process. It is intended for engineers, technical leads, project leaders, and functional managers who want to practice the fundamentals of DFSS to help themselves and their groups accomplish their endeavors. Participants will learn how to apply the DFSS process in order to make well-reasoned decision in their personal or professional projects. This technique reduces risk by using evidence, allows cost reduction while maintaining performance, and adds value for the business.
